대기행렬을 이용한 시장모형연구

A research on markets using queuening models

This paper deals with the market models with queueing property. Service industry is a typical example of that kind of the market. For simplicity, duopoly cases are examined. This is considered as two server queueing model with charge price. Interestingly, even if the same services are offered by the two firms, differentiated price for each firm can be justified. For further studies, (1) more than two firms can join the market ; (2) the assumption of the poisson input stream of the customers can be changed ; (3) different game rules for firms strategy can be introduces.
