A comparative Case Study on Action Learning Programs

Action Learning, as on of powerful mechanisms of developing core employees, has been applied to numerous companies domestically and internationally. This paper aims to explain how Action Learning programs were operated by three major companies in Korea, and explore key successful factors of Action Learning in order so, this study presents a comprehensive model for successful Action Learning, and examine major characteristics and implications from three different companies that applied Action Learning programs. Also are discussed limitations and suggestions for the future studies.
