초,고등학교 교사와 교직원의 학교폭력 및 CPTED 인식조사 연구 - CPTED 시범학교 사업 참여자를 중심으로 -

A Study on School Violence and CPTED Awareness of K-12 Teachers and Staffs - Focusing on CPTED Pilot School Project Participants -

안전한 학교생활은 성장기에 있는 초⋅중⋅고등학생들에게 매우 중요한 기본 요건이다. 학교에서의 안전한 학교생활에 영향을 미치는 학교폭력은 사회 문제로 취급되어 우리나라에서도 2012년부터 매년 학교폭력 실태조사를 실시 하고 있다. 이 학교폭력 실태조사에서 학교 셉테드 전략을 위한 유용한 정보를 분석할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 그러나 실태조사의 대상은 학생이고 교사및 교직원을 대상의 조사는 실시되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서 초⋅중 ⋅고등학교의 교사 및 교직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 학교에서 발생하는 학교폭력의 현상을 조사하고 셉테드와 관련된 인식을 조사 분석하고자 하였다. 심층적 조사를 위해서 소속 학교의 범죄예방환경 여건, 셉테드의 효과성, 학교폭력 실태조사, 학교 셉테드 전략에 관한 문항을 개발하고 이에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문의 결과는 초⋅중⋅고등학교별로 응답 특성을 분석하여 각 학교 급별 필요전략을 논의하였다. 또한 일부 분석요소는 학교폭력 실태조사의 결과와 교사 및 교직원 대상의 설문조사 결과를 비교하여 향후 학교 셉테드 계획을 위한 유용한 데이터로서 활용될 수 있도록 하였다.

Safe school life is a very important basic requirement for elementary, middle and high school students in the growing age. School violence, which affects school safety at school, is treated as a social issue, and Korea has been conducting surveys on school violence every year since 2012. This school violence survey will be able to analyze useful information for school pretest strategies. However, the subject of the survey is student, and no survey is conducted on teachers and staff. The purpose of this study is to investigate the phenomena of school violence in schools and to analyze the perceptions related to them by conducting questionnaires on teachers and school staff in elementary and junior high schools. For the in-depth investigation, questionnaires were developed on the questionnaires about school crime prevention environment, efficacy of the school, school violence survey, and school pretest strategy. The results of the questionnaire analyzed the response characteristics of each elementary and middle school and discussed the necessary strategies for each class. In addition, some analytical factors can be used as useful data for future school surveillance planning by comparing results of surveys of school violence and results of surveys of teachers and staff.
