Division of Gyeonggi Province as a Developmental Strategy - Focusing on introducing North Gyeonggi Province -

This study is a scholarly attempt to examine if reorganizing the administrative division of Gyeonggi Province can result in a balanced development of the region. This study summarizes the role structure by actors on the basis of previous studies on long-lasting debates between separatism and integrationism, and further proposes a developmental strategy in terms of politics and administration, space and culture, and socio-economics.
