As society develops, the need for social welfare also increases. Job importance and professionalism for social welfare workers are also increasing. In order to provide high-quality social welfare services, the role of workers in social welfare facilities is very important. This study aims to research how the personality patterns of organizational members and their job satisfaction among those who are working in social welfare facilities. For the purpose of this study, the survey was conducted on social workers in welfare facilities. These results indicate that it is important to select and dispatch different types of human resource for each type of welfare center so as to increase organization effectiveness and provide opportunities for social workers to get certification permitting to work certified social workers.
