정부 3.0 성공을 위한 정책과정에서의 e_거버넌스 단계별 상대적 중요도 분석

Analysis on the Relative Priority of the Developmental Stage of e_Governance on Policy Process for Success of Government 3.0

In this study the possibility of success of Gov 3.0 would be analyzed and the high-ranking officials working in local(both metropolitan and basic) governments were the object of this study. The expert group which will have the request for this study were consisted of 37 that is considered as proper number of person in Expert Choice which is the program by AHP. Some consequences were found that the officials roughly considered the developmental stage of e_governance in implementation process as the relative priority rather than other items such as agenda setting, feedback, agenda analysis in policy process. Especially ‘e_decision’ stage was revealed as higher level of priority than other stage. Some implications were suggested that the practical alternatives in the stage of e_decision in e_governance that was already founded with the launch of e_Gov, 2001 would be positively made in the policy process of local government for Gov 3.0 success.
