The Study on Development and Utilization of Community Resources for Resource-Network Activation. - Focused on the Social Capital of Local Social Welfare Agencies -

The purpose of this study is to enable a resource for the network in conjunction with the community to develop the resources. To achieve the purpose, form a national network of practices(Gyeong-gi infinite care centers and community councils) were examined. Results, policy proposals are as follows: First, a public-private integration reconcile diversity is needed. Second, it is important to ensure the stability of the manpower for Gyeong-gi infinite care centers and Local community councils. Third, the infinite care centers and social welfare council is important to reset the relationship. Fourth, we are worried about the problem of integration and employment services is needed. Fifth, we are linked to the National Pension Service and National Health Insurance Service, and need to be organized.
