Uijeongbu is the hub of the northern part in Kyonggi-Do but economic, administrative, transportation, education and culture in such areas are vulnerable to. Uijeongbu inside and outside of the brand value is very low, and the city s image is outdated. In addition, a low-Free Uijeongbu and urban residents self-esteem on life satisfaction level of concern is shown. This problem by realizing the urban development leadership role of local government needs to evolve to do. Match of the other municipalities in northern Uijeongbu by benchmarking activities and the administration of governance, and providing administrative services will get to spread. Therefore, the realization of these cities to discuss urban brands for the value and check out various research and policy and to set the direction of Uijeongbu the city presented the brand strategy formation, and sought to investigate actual driving business.
