정부 간 환경 분쟁 해결의 실패사례에 관한 연구

A Study on the Failure Case of Environmental Disputes Resolution - Focused on the Case of Environmental Disputes between Central Government and Local Government -

Environmental conflict and disputes which occures extensively among the central government, local government, and the local resident has recently become a social issue. Especially, since the local government system was execute, various kinds of environmental conflict and dispute has been raised to the local government. In this regard, appropriate countermeasure shall be required. Conflict and dispute was generated from the interaction of the difference of one s goal, belief as well as way of thinking. While the cases called as environmental conflict and dispute in our society are ranged over political, social, economic, ethical, religious issues, it shall be defined as the occasion of environmental degradation such as ecosystem destruction and environmental contamination. The focus of this study is to present effective disputes resolution as public policy process by analyzing the failure case of environmental dispute resolution between the central government and local government.
