There are continuous doubts emerging about the practical effect and application between performance and job satisfaction of local government. Although many researches and efforts are now working on, still needs studies from diverse dimension. In the public organization, compare to private organization, also an authentical study and interests subject to the public officer is insufficient. For that reason, in this study, under the premise, which changing in role and aptitude of the public officer will be the fundamental and direct factor for solution, 1 analyze the perception and preference of the public officers relating organizational culture and causalities between organizational culture and job satisfaction. This is for the synthetical and scrupulous understanding of the features of local public officers, and find a way to maximize the performance achievement the pursuit of local government.
