지방자치단체의 옥외광고물 정비사업 정책평가에 관한 연구

- 안양시와 의정부시의 사례를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this paper is to present some policy implications from the signboard management projects which two local governments implemented. In order to accomplish this purpose, a questionnaire survey on the projects was conducted subjecting the store owners, the actual policy targets, in the areas where the signboard management projects had been evaluated to be successful. The survey results confirmed that the validity of the signboard management project and the adequacy of its implementation progress had the biggest influence on the store owners’ satisfaction. In addition, it was verified that the effectiveness of the policy also affected the store owners’ satisfaction in a positive way. Thus, this paper may say that the policy targets’ understanding and cooperation are important factors to succeed in a project.
