A Study on a Principle of Law for Social Welfare of the Supplied Right

The normative validity and real effectiveness should be systematic for securing of law effectiveness. systematic elements for normative validity are: end of law, personal right and its administrative duty, decision of the supplied and standard of supply, and range of conditions, etc.
