Culture comprises a vast structure of language, customs, knowledge, idea, and values that provides people with a general design for living and patterns for interpreting reality. Culture has an effect on the relationship between doctor and patients in the medical practice. On the other hand the knowledge system of the medical model makes up of reductionism, mechanism that considers body as machine and disease as out of order machine, causality that is called cause and effect have only one versus one, and dualism that recognizes human body can be divided physical body and spirit. In this paper cultural meaning network represents the total factors of knowledge, belief, technology, role, norm, value, ideology, attitude, customs, habit, mode, and symbol, etc in health and disease. By the explanation in the cultural dimensions, health and disease are depended upon the relationship of complex composition by among physical system, cultural meaning network, and social institutes. This paper focuses on the complication relationship between doctor and patients those who gain the ability to manipulate their environments by acquiring the skills to review information critically and by raising their levels of consciousness through the support of and sharing with friends and families.
