Target of Economic Development and Administrative Reform in Vietnam

In order to meet the target of economic development in the future, Vietnam needs to speed up the political reformation, continue to develop the government of people, for the people and by people, develop the government system basing on the administration reformation, build up the e‐government. Government systems was made of 3 parts: Vietnam communist party, government and organization representing for Vietnamese people. In this political structure, Vietnam communist party takes the most important role, government system functions as a organization to implement the policies of Vietnam communist party, public organization take the role of the consolidation of people, watching the society’s activities and improving the leadership policies of government.
