장애청소년의 재택교육에 관한 연구

Our country s welfare policy for the disabled has the final object to accomplish social integrity through the security of basic rights as human beings, access right to society and equal right for chances and complete social participation and equality. The contents focusing on this study are that the educational welfare policy direction for the seriously disabled should have been discussed and in the position of a special educator who taught the seriously disabled students and experienced their families, I would like to talk about some suggestions. First of all, it is not considered that the policy direction itself is wrong or insufficient a lot but some matters to be considered in the balanced aspect need to be mentioned as the results and summaries as followings. First, in the support for living stability it is preferred that the objects of allowance supply, its amount raise, the additional support for educational expenses and medical expenses will be expanded. Second, it is believed that a system should be built to make the educational institutions of the neighborhood support educational service all the times and all the services linked and supported. Third, the manpower resources are cooperated, demanded and expanded between ministries and offices to increase professional volunteers and assistant teachers and consistently provide the severely disabled individuals with appropriate and superior services. Fourth, in order to guarantee social participation to the severely disabled the most important point of the government is a budget and the determination of the order of priority is desired. In this case, it is believed that the coexisting social atmosphere such as the recognition of the disabled and positive interaction expansion of the disabled are very important factors to proceed with the welfare policy and if the household and its family don t leave the disabled as they are but they build psychological infrastructure to put the planned welfare policy in practice, it will be a big driving force.
