A Study on Activationg Knowledge Transfer Among Business Enterprises in Korea

IRspite of increasing the necessity of knowledge transfer among business enterprises in order to irrψifOve their own competitiveness in many foreign countries, domestic business enterprises show lower levels of knowledge transfer compare to foreign nations. It is necessary for Korean business enterprises to irrψifOve their corrtitiveness as follows: First, the congnition of knowledge transfer by both govemment and business enterprises should be changed in order to improve international competitiveness. Second, it is also necessary for business enterprises to increase international exchanges and/or relations. 1bird, it is urgent to establish proper law and policies in Korea
