A Study on the Improvement of the Delegation and Fiscal Decentralization of Welfare Adminstration Services

The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement of the delegation and fiscal decentralization of welfare adminstration services in Korea. This paper examine the actual condition of central government s affairs and works devolved to local government in welfare adminstration services. Finally this study is to suggest the future directions for delegation and fiscal decentralization of welfare adminstration services.
