An Empirical Analysis on Cross-cultural Value Orientation and Negotiation Performance in Korea and the USA Youth

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the values of cultural value of Korea and the United States, which are “traditional social custom”, “social harmony”, “emphasis on the class system”, “long-term and future-oriented”, “loyalty to the organization” And “face-to-face sex” factors, and analyzed the effect of these factors on negotiation performance. These factors were analyzed in terms of negotiation performance in terms of cross-cultural value orientation and Korean negotiation performance and US negotiation performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of oriental cross-cultural value orientation on Korea’s negotiation performance and US negotiation through its analysis. The positive impact of Korea and the United States on the research analysis shows that the US tends to place importance on the status as well as Korea and has a long-term and future-oriented value orientation. On the other hand, Korean society tends to pursue US and US cultural value orientation. In other words, the pursuit of social harmony, loyalty to the organization, and the hierarchical relationship of the status are found to have the US cultural value orientation, and the trend of the change in the cultural factors of Korea is changing to negative.
