중학생의 정서적 외상과 분노표현양식의 관계에서 고통감내력과 사회적지지의 매개효과

The relationship between Emotional Traumatic Experience and Anger Expression of Adolescents: The mediating Effects of Distress Tolerance and Social Support

본 연구는 중학생의 정서적 외상과 분노표현양식의 관계에서 고통감내력과 사회적 지지의 역할을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 중학생 445명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 자료를 2017년 12부터 2018년 1월 사이에 수집하였으며, 총 394명의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석을 위해 상관분석, 구조방정식모형 검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 정서적 외상은 분노억제, 분노표출과 정적 상관이, 고통감내력과 사회적 지지와는 부적 상관이 나타났다. 고통감내력과 사회적지지는 분노 억제, 분노표출과 부적 상관이 있었으며, 사회적 지지와 분노 조절 간에 정적 상관이 나타났다. 정서적 외상과 분노억제, 분노 표출 간의 관계를 고통감내력이 부분매개하였고, 정서적 외상과 분노조절의 관계를 사회적 지지가 완전매개하는 것으 로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 본 연구의 의의, 제한점, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of distress tolerance and social support on the relationships between emotional traumatic experience and anger expression of adolescents. The data was collected from 445 middle school students in Gyeonggi-do, and only 394 data were used to analyze. Correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted to examine the relations and the mediating effect among variables. The results showed that emotional traumatic experience showed a positive correlations with anger-in, and anger-out. And also emotional traumatic experience showed a negative correlations with distress tolerance, and social support. Distress tolerance and social support showed a negative correlations with anger-in and anger-out. Social support showed a positive correlation with anger-control. As a result of mediating effect of distress tolerance and social support in relation to emotional traumatic experience and anger expressions. The results showed that distress tolerance had partial mediating effect on the relation between emotional traumatic experience and anger-in and anger-out. Social support had full mediating effect on the relation between the emotional traumatic experience and anger-control. Based on the results of this study, we discussed implications and limitations and this study as well as suggestions for the future research.
