음악개념 기반 음악교육에 대한 장애영유아 담당교사의 인식과 실제

Study on the Cognition of Teacher of Young Children with Disabilities and Actuality of Music Concept based Music Education

본 연구는 장애 영유아들을 담당하고 있는 교사들을 대상으로 음악개념 기반 음악교육에 대한 이들의 인식과 실제 수준 간의 차이 및 관련성을 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 경남 지역에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집에서 장애 영유아를 담당하고 있는 교사 250명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 2018년 3월 5일부터 15일까지 2주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 음악개념 기반 음악교육에 대한 인식 수준에 비해 실제 수행 수준이 낮게 나타났고, 음악개념 기반 음악교육에 대한 인식 수준이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 음악개념 기반 음악교육의 실제 수준에서 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 음악 개념 기반 음악교육에 대한 인식과 실제 수준 간에는 매우 높은 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 음악개념 기반 음악교육에 대한 인식이 실제 수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 현직 영유아 교사들을 대상으로 음악개념 기반 음악교육에 대한 지식과 경험을 공유할 수 있는 실천적인 현직연수 프로그램을 강화해야 할 것이다.

This research established following research problems, aiming to analyze difference and relation between the cognition of teachers who take care of young children with disabilities, who are in a decisive period of musical development, on music concept based education, and the actual level. To solve the research problems, this research conducted a survey targeting 250 teachers who take care of young children with disabilities at the kindergartens and Day care centers in Gyeongnam. This research performed frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, correlation, and simple regression analysis using SPSS program. Based on the analysis result, this research derived following conclusion. First, a difference appeared between the level of cognition on music concept based music education and the actual level. Second, a significant relation appeared between the cognition of music concept based music education and the actual level, and the cognition of music concept based music education displayed a significant and positive influence. This research suggested the material for the understanding of the actuality of teaching activity of music concept based music education through analysis of difference of the actuality of music concept based music education according to teacher of young children with disabilities’ music experience and characteristic and for the efficient teacher training.
