색채심리치료가 한부모 결혼이주여성 자녀들의 가족응집력 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Color Psychological Expression on Family Cohesion and Self-esteem of the Immigrant Single Mother’s Children

본 연구는 색채심리치료가 한부모 결혼이주여성 자녀들의 가족응집력 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한부모 결혼이주여성의 자녀 2명을 대상으로 색채심리치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 가족응집력 강화 측정 도구로 KFD, PITR 사전·사후 그림 변화를 비교 분석했다. 자아존중감 향상 측정 도구로는 오우라 누리에 사전·사후 그림 비교 분석을 하였으며, 자아존중감 척도 검사지 점수를 사전·사후 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로, 전체 프로그램에 나타난 색의 변화를 컬러 챠트로 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 한 부모 결혼이주여성 자녀들의 가족응집력이 강화되었음을 확인하였다. KFD, PITR의 사후 그림에서 스트레스가 감소하고 가족의 응집된 형태가 나타났다. 둘째, 한부모 결혼이주여성 자녀들의 자아존중감이 향상되었음을 확인하였다. 오우라 누리에의 오라가 다채롭게 표현되었고 자아존중감 검사의 하위영역 중 가정에서의 자아존중감이 크게 향상되었다. 본 연구는 색채심리치료 프로그램이 한부모 결혼이 주여성의 자녀의 가족응집력 강화와 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있음을 확인하는 데 그 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Color Psychological Expression on family cohesion and self-esteem of the immigrant single mother’s children. The participants of this study are two children from the immigrant single mother from Philippines. Family cohesion was measured and analyzed by comparing pre-test drawing and post-test drawing of KFD and PITR, Self-esteem improvement by comparing pre-test drawing and post-test drawing of Aura Nurie, Self-esteem scale test. And the changes of color used in drawings. The data analysis yielded the following results. Firstly, family cohesion of the children from immigrant single-mother improved. The post-PITR and post-KFD drawings revealed their stress was decreased and the family images became more harmonious. Secondly, self-esteem of the children of immigrant single-mother improved, too. The Aura of Aura Nurie was expressed in a colorful way. Especially, the self-esteem in the family was improved among the sub-domains of the self-esteem test. This results showed that the color psychological expression program is effective to strengthening family cohesion and increasing selfesteem of immigrant single mother’s children.
