정신장애인 가족 대상 심리정서 역량강화 프로그램의 효과성 연구

A Study on the effectiveness of program for psychological emotional empowering on mental disabled s families

이 연구의 목적은 정신장애인을 보호하고 2차적 치료자의 역할을 수행하는 등 나날이 중요성이 증대되고 있는 가족들의 심리정서적 어려움을 해소하기 위한 역량강화 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 가족들이 경험하는 어려움 중 보호부담감, 의사소통의 어려움, 낙관성을 변화시키기 위해 이미 효과가 검증된 스트로크 이론, 인지치료, 조망적 사회기술훈련을 절충한 집단프로그램을 개발하여 수행하였다. B시의 N병원을 이용하고 있는 정신장애인의 가족들을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 실험집 단을 대상으로 집단프로그램을 수행한 후 차이를 비교하였다. 연구결과 통제집단에서는 유의한 변화가 없었 으나, 실험집단에서는 보호부담감이 감소되고 의사소통이 향상되는 것으로 나타났으나 낙관성에는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 정신장애인 가족들의 삶의 질을 증진시키기 위해 심리정서적 역량을 강화할 필요가 있으며 현재 마땅한 서비스를 받지 못하는 가족들을 위한 관심이 증대되어야 한다. 또한 가족들의 다양한 문제와 욕구를 해결하기 위한 개입방법의 확충을 고민해보고 지역사회의 실무자들이 정신장애인 가족에게 접근할 수 있도록 역량을 강화하는 계기가 되길 바란다.

Objectives; The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the empowering program increasingly important to relive the psychological and emotional difficulties of families, such as protecting the mentally disabled and acting as a secondary therapist. Method; In order to change the burden of care, difficulty of communication, and pessimistic life attitude among the difficulties experienced by family members, we developed and conducted already proven stroke theory, cognitive therapy, and group program that compromises vocational social skills training. Results; We conducted group program with two groups divided into the experimental group and the control group for the family members of the mental disorder patients using the N hospital of B city. There was no significant change in the control group, whereas burden of care was reduced and communication was improved in the experimental group. Conclusion; It is necessary to strengthen their psychological emotional capacity to improve the quality of life of family members with the mental disorder patients, and to expand services such as group programs for them who do not receive the service.
