영어 교과서 대화문 분석

An Analysis of Dialogue on English Textbooks - Focused on the First Grade’s Textbooks -

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dialogues in the first grade middle school English textbooks used in most middle schools in a small city of Korea and to examine the direction of the English textbooks in Korea. This paper analyzed the dialogues of English textbooks in the first grade of middle school by dividing them into cultural, social, and linguistic aspects. In the middle school first grade English textbooks, whether they are cultural, social, or linguistic, are common, so they can be subdivided and there is no problem with communication without subdivision. In order to respond to the globalization and internationalization era, it is necessary to construct dialogue more broadly in the first grade middle school English textbooks. Nowadays, first grade students in middle school can communicate with anyone in the world through SNS. Teachers should educate with various materials in addition to English textbooks. The English textbooks used in this paper are intended to be composed of elements for globalization and contents that students can use in real life.
