To analyze urban residents’ preference for maritime tourism resources, we examined the priorities of urban residents who experienced maritime tourism by classifying them into major and minor categories and compared with each other. This study used 85 copies that did not exceed the consistence index (CI) through the Analytic Hierachy Process (AHP) for analysis. Summarizing the local weights of the major category, social and cultural resources were found to be high and experience resources were low. In the global weight of the minor category, maritime museums, fishing villages, and fishing experience villages were found to be the highest, with skin scuba diving and marine cable car submarines the lowest. Based on the results, this study suggested ways to revitalize maritime tourism resources.
