The developed program was applied to 11 elderly people aged 80 years or more of H senior center in P city. The tea culture therapy program aiming to improve the interpersonal relationships of elders had a total 8 sessions once a week. Each session consisted of a 10-minute introduction, 70-minute intervention activity and impression sharing and a 10 minute-wrap up for a total of 90 minutes per session. The average score of the interpersonal relationship of elders before participation in the program was 67.55 (SD 8.87), and following participation in the program was 72.00 (SD 7.16).
