마을공동체 주민의 참여 영역별 특성에 관한 연구

A Study on the Characteristics of the Residents of the Community by Participation Area : A Case of NONGOLMAEUL

본 연구의 목적은 마을공동체 활동에 있어서 마을 주민을 참여시키는 방법에 대한 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 최근에 마을공동체 활동이 활발해지면서 주민참여에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 그 과정에서 참여 과정에서 지역사회 주민의 참여를 입체적으로 분석하고 설계하는 경우는 거의 없다. 본 논문은 성남 단대동 일원의 논골마을공동체에 대한 참여관찰 방법으로 탐색하는 과정에서 주민 참여의 영역을 다양하게 전략적으로 접근한 것을 파악하였다. 일반적으로 마을활동에 있어서 마을활동 하는 자와 하지 않는 자로 단순하게 분리를 하는 경향이 대부분이다. 논골마을은 마을활동 증진을 위해 6개 그룹으로 구분하고 그 대상마다 참여의 방법을 다양하게 하고 있다. 각 그룹별 마을활동의 특성과 그 의미를 도출하였다. 그 과정에서 마을공동체 활동에 있어서 마을활동이 갖는 의미의 재확인 뿐만아니라, 마을 활동 사례분석을 통해 마을공동체 활동에 있어서 영역별 주민 참여의 특징을 파악 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore how villagers participate in village community activities. Recently, community activities have become more active and interest in community participation has been increasing. In the process, there is little to analyze and design the participation of the community in a stereoscopic way In this paper, we have identified various strategic approaches to community involvement in the process of exploring communities as participatory observation methods. Generally, in village activities, there is a tendency to simply separate villagers from those who do activities and those who do not. The villages are divided into six groups to promote village activities and the methods of participation are diversified for each subject. The characteristics and meanings of the activities of each group were derived. In the process, we can grasp not only the meaning of village activity in village community activity, but also character of village community participation in village community activity through analysis of village activity case.
