Effects Analysis of Building Characteristic Factors and Energy Cost of Apartment Housing in Gyeonggi Province

In this study, we analyzed the effects between building and system factors and energy use costs of 187 apartment housing in Gyeonggi Province. The results of this study are as follows. First, the correlation results between energy costs and building factors (elapsed year, total floor area, exclusive dwelling area, number of blocks, number of elevators) are as follows. As the elapsed year increases, water / heat supply costs have increased. As the elapsed year relatively increased, the electric costs decreased. Also, as the total floor area and elapsed year increase, water / heat supply costs and water costs decreased. On the other hand, as total floor area increased, electric costs increased. As number of blocks and number of elevators decreased, water / heat supply costs and water costs increased. Second, water and heat supply costs are higher in the order of staircase, mixed, and corridor than the corridor types, and the energy cost side of the stairway and mixed type rather than the corridor type was found to be good. And for electronic costs, the cost of electricity in the staircase and mixed is low. Third, according to the heating system, individual heating system, central heating system, and district heating system, district heating system, individual heating system and central heating system were found to be economical in that order. In case of watering system, water costs of booster system are lower than that of high tank system and pressure tank system. Finally, as the electronic power capacity increases, electronic costs increased. This study is a meaningful study for the reduction of energy costs in the maintenance of apartment housing. Also, it is expected that it can be used as a reference material for planning considering the energy costs in the planning of apartment housing.
