Analyzing Priorities of Logistics Barriers in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

카자흐스탄과 우즈베키스탄의 물류장벽 우선순위 분석

중앙아시아 지역은 유라시아 역내 물류 네트워크의 중심부에 위치하고 있다. 하지만, 중앙아시아 국가들의 복잡한 통과절차 등은 유라시아 역내 경제 통합을 저해하는 요인으로 지목되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전문가 설문기법을 활용하여 중앙아시아 주요국인 카자흐스탄과 우즈베키스탄의 물류장벽 우선순위를 도출하였다. 카자흐스탄과 우즈베키스탄의 물류장벽에 대한 전문가 설문조사 결과, ‘통관’, ‘물류 인프라’, ‘현지 기업의 물류서비스 역량’, ‘사업진출 여건’으로 구성된 4가지 물류장벽 주요인 중에서 분석 대상 국가들은 공통적으로 ‘통관’과 ‘물류 인프라’ 부문의 문제해결이 가장 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose : This study aims to prioritize factors associated with logistics barriers in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Research design, data, methodology : This study conducted on an expert survey to prioritize the factors of logistics barriers with analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Results : Analysis results show that the factors associated with customs clearance and logistics and transport network connectivity are the highest priority. Conclusions : The study analyzes factors associated with logistics barriers in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan and prioritize the factors of logistics barriers. This study can be considered as a decision support measure to better provide the logistics service and business environment.
