청소년용 사회적 관심 척도 개발 및 타당화

Development and Validation of Social Interest Scale for Adolescents

본 연구의 주요 목적은 개인심리학의 5가지 인생과제(일과 여가, 우정, 사랑, 자기 지향, 영성)를 바탕으로 청소년용 사회적 관심 척도를 개발하고 이를 타당화하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 개인심리학 문헌과 기존에 개발된 사회적 관심 척도 및 관련 선행 연구를 분석하였다. 본 연구에 필요한 설문조사는 2017년 6월 1일부터 9월 28일까지 진행하였으며, 각 단계마다 대상을 달리하여 중ㆍ고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 총 1,033명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 청소년 208명을 대상으로 개방형 질문지를 실시하여 1차 예비척도(71문항)를 개발하고, 6인의 전문가를 대상으로 내용타당도를 검증하여 2차 예비척도(84문항)를 개발하였다. 청소년 32명을 대상으로 1차 예비검 사를 실시하여 Likert 응답방식을 보완하였다. 최종 척도 개발을 위해 청소년 358명을 대상으로 2차 예비검사를 실시하여, 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 개발된 척도를 타당화하기 위해 청소년 435명을 대상으로 본 검사를 실시하였다. 구인타당도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 4요인(사회적 자기 관심, 타인 관심, 공동체 관심, 영성 관심) 구조는 양호한 적합도였으며, 공인타당도, 예언타 당도, 수렴타당도, 증분타당도를 검증한 결과, 이 척도는 타당한 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 개인심리학에서 제시한 인생과제에 기반을 두고, 우리나라 사회문화에 맞는 청소년용 사회적 관심 척도를 개발했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the ‘Social Interest Scale for Adolescents’ based on five life tasks(spirituality, self direction, work & leisure, friendship, love) of the Individual Psychology. For this purpose, the first preparatory scale(71 items) was developed through reviewing the Individual Psychology s literature, the previously developed social interest scales, and related previous studies, and administering an open-ended questionnaire to 208 adolescents. The second preparatory scale(84 items) was developed through verifying the content validity of the first preparatory scale with 6 experts. The Likert type response scale of 84 preparatory scale items was revised based on the results of the first pilot test with 32 adolescents. The second pilot test was conducted to 358 adolescents, in order to select the final scale items through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. Next, the main test was conducted to 435 adolescents to validate the developed ‘Social Interest Scale for Adolescents . The results of confirmatory factor analysis to examine the construct validity of this scale showed that all fit indexes were fitted. In addition, this study verified the concurrent validity, predictive validity, convergent validity and incremental validity of the developed scale. This study has a significance in that it developed a scale to measure social interest for adolescents in accordance with the social culture of Korea, based on the life task presented in the Individual Psychology theory.
