한국산 대륙납거미 (Oecobiidae, Uroctea )의 변이

The Variation of Korean Uroctea lesserti (Oecobiidae, Uroctea)

저자들은 대륙납거미( U. lesserti )와 왜납거미( U. compactilis )의 혼거지역인 경상북도 안동지역에서 2016년 8월 14일 변이종 A와 2017년 3월 12일 경상북도 상주 지역에서 변이종 B를 각기 채집하여 동정한 결과 변이종 A는 대륙납거미와 유사하고 변이종 B는 왜납거미와 유사하여 이 두 변이종을 DNA 분석하여 유전자 분석한 결과 모두 대륙납거미로 판명되어 이에 보고하는 바이다.

On April 14. 2016, Ahn-dong, North Kyungsang-Do author collected surmise variation spider A. On March 12. 2017, Sangju, North Kyungsang-Do author collcted surmise variation spider B. So author examine the DNA of two spiders. The difference between U. lesserti & U. compactilis is about 10.5%, and the two variation collected at this time are classified as U. lesserti with no difference from U. lesserti .
