형사법연구30년 내용 분석과 전망

Past 30 years of “Journal of Criminal Law” and its Prospect

한국형사법학회는 「형사법연구」라는 학술지를 계간으로 법원사를 통하여 발간하고 있다. 이 학회지는 1988년에 창간되었다. 이 글은 「형사법연구」창간 30주년을 맞이하여 바람직한 학회지 편집이라는 관점에서 「형사법연구」의 내용을 분석하고 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 「형사법연구」는 학회 소식, 형사법 분야에 대한 학술논문과 정보 자료들이 제공 되고 있다. 이 글에서는 「형사법연구」편집이라는 관점에서 다음과 같은 질문들이 제기되고 검토하였다. 첫째, 편집위원회 구성은 어떻게 이루어지고 투고 논문의 심사는 어떻게 이루어지고 있는가? 둘째, 「형사법연구」를 발전시키기 위해 어떠한 편집 기준으로 학술논문, 정보자료, 학회소식들을 배열하여야 하는가? 셋째, 얼마나 많은 학술 정보 자료와 학회 소식들이 학술적인 독자들에게 제공하고 있는가? 끝으로, 1988년 「형사법연구」창간호는 당시 일본형법학회 「형법잡지」를 모델로 하여 만든 것인가?

Korean Criminal Law Association publishes the Journal of Criminal Law, a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal produced in association with Beob-Won-Sa Publishing Company. The journal was first published in 1988. I will analyse the past 30 years of “Journal of Criminal Law” and present its directions of development and future visions from the viewpoint of editing of the journal. Following questions shall be raised and reviewed with regard to editing the Journal of Criminal Law composed of news about the association, the official mouthpiece of the the association, theoretical treatises and informations on criminal law, criminal procedure, criminal policy, criminalistics, criminology etc. Firstly, how is the Board of editors composed and is a contributed article examined? Secondly, on what criteria should the Board of editors arrange articles to improve the Journal of Criminal Law? Thirdly, how much academic material or information and news about association is presented to academic readers? Lastly, was the Journal of Criminal Law made after the model of Keiho Zasshi, the Japanese Journal of Criminal Law?
