Facility Management Item Analysis for Efficiency Improvement of University Facility Management

University facilities are the physical spaces where a high-standard education is provided. Effective management of university facilities is therefore quite imperative because it has a very large impact on the overall quality of the nation s education system. Currently, however, facility management of the university has conducted without reflecting the opinions of users. Therefore, this study aims to present efficient management of facilities by prioritizing the importance and the satisfaction of University Facility Management Items to students, the main users. We expect this study to provide effective measures reflecting the needs of the users in operating the university facilities, as well as other educational facilities.
