동해지역 수산관광특산품 판매활성화 방안에 관한 연구

A study on the promotion plan of specialties including marine products in the East Coast area : AHP analysis

본 연구에서는 이러한 지역적 특수성과 특산물의 특징을 감안하여 향후 동해수산 특산물의 판매 증대를 위해서 해결해야 할 우선순위 사항들이 무엇인지 알아보고 향후 전략적 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 강원도 동해관광 지역은 바다를 인접한 지리적인 특수성을 바탕으로 관광객의 유입과 그들의 지출이 지역경제에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 다른 지역과는 다르게 축제와 연계되어 수산물인 지역특산물을 홍보 판매하는 형태와는 다르게 대표적인 브랜드도 인지도 높은 축제도 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 동해관광지의 수산특산품을 활성화 하기 위한 전략으로 우선적으로 해결해야 할 문제가 무엇인가를 도출하는 것이었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같으며, 총 16개의 요인을 추출하여 동해 수산업 종사자들에게 설문을 받아 AHP분석을 통해 얻은 결과이다. 1순위 산지⋅위판장 시설 개선, 2순위 물류환경개선 법률개선, 3순위 생산지 품목별 특성화, 4순위 가공 및 보관시설 확충, 5순위 수산시장 현대화, 6순위 거점유통센터 확충, 7순위 도매시장 환경개선, 8순위 물류규격화, 9순위 저온유통 시스템 구축, 10순위 직거래 활성화, 11순위 수산물 정부비축확대, 12순위 정가 및 수의 매매확대, 13순위 수산물 이력제 확대, 14순위 분산물류센터 도입, 15순위 지원시스템 확충, 16순위 원산지 표시강화 등의 순서였다.

This study suggests strategies for the promotion of East Coast marine specialties. The Gangwon-do region plays an important role in the local economy because of its proximity to the sea. Unlike the types of promotions and sales of special local products in connection with festivals, there are no representative brands or high recognition products. Therefore, this paper looks at a strategy for East Coast fisheries to produce specialized products to promote tourism. A total of 16 factors were found using AHP analysis. Results suggest improving facilities of the marine product market, improving logistics, characterizing items by production place, expansion of priority processing and storage facilities, modernization of the fish market, expansion of the large-occupancy center, improving the environment of the wholesale market, standardization of logistics, establishment of a low temperature distribution system, direct transaction activation, expansion of ranked aquatic products, introduction of a distributed logistics center, expansion of the ranked support system, indication of place of origin, and so on.
