잠복소는 해충, 특히 미국 흰불나방(Hyphantria cunea Drury)을 퇴치하기 위하여 사용하는 방법이다. 이 연구는 서울 성동구 한양대학교 내에서 수거한 623개의 잠복소를 2016년 2월 25, 27, 28 일에 수거하여 종의 구성, 다양성, 절지동물의 동면에 관하여 분류 조사하였다. 잠복소를 조사한 결과 절지동물의 거미류가 8과 11속 14종 150개체(73.17%)이고 곤충류 기타가 55개체(26.83%)이었다. 거미류에서는 새우게거미과, 곤충류에서는 노린재목이 우세한 개체수였다.
Straw band has been used for the extermination of the insect pest, Hyphantria Cunea Drury in particular. This investigation was carried out from in Seoul city Seongdong-gu Hanyang University from 25, 27 and 28 february, 2016 to investigate the species composition, species diversity of the Arthropods overwintering in the straw band. The Arthropods collected are composed of seven orders, Aranea. Hemiptera. Coleoptera, Hymenoptera, Diptera. Orthoptera. Among these orders, the fauna of spiders was 8 families, 11 genera, 14 species, and 150 individuals (73.17%) and that of insects was 55 individuals (26.83%). The genera Philodromus Walckenaer, 1826. Reduvildae was doninant genera of spiders and insects each.
