대학생의 기업가정신이 창업의지에 미치는 영향

Effects of University Students’ Entrepreneurship on Entrepreneurial Intention ：Focusing on Moderating Effects of Direct and Indirect Entrepreneurial Experience

본 연구는 청년 창업의 주역이자 미래의 전문경영가인 대학생을 대상으로 기업가정신이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이들 사이에 직․간접 창업경험의 조절효과가 존재하는지의 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기업가정신을 혁신성, 진취성 및 위험감수성으로 분류하여 측정하였으며, 직접적인 창업경험은 지적재산권 출원, 시제품/서비스 개발, 비즈니스 플랜 작성, 창업동아리 활동, 창업강좌 수강 및 장기현장실습의 경험이 있는지의 여부로, 그리고 간접적인 창업경험은 부모님, 친인척, 친구들, 동료들 및 아는 사람들 중에 창업한 사람이 있는지의 여부로 측정하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 대학에서 창업경험이 있는 학생과 그렇지 않은 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 158부의 분석 가능한 설문지를 회수하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 우선 대학생의 기업가정신이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 보면, 혁신성과 위험감수성만이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직·간접 창업경험 의 조절효과를 보면, 직접경험 중 장기현장실습 경험만이 혁신성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적 분석에 따르면, 직접경험 중 비즈니스 플랜 작성과 창업강좌 수강이 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 간접경험 중에서는 친인척과 동료들 의 창업 여부가 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 이러한 연구결과가 주는 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to examine the effects of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intention focusing on the moderating effect of direct and indirect entrepreneurial experience. Entrepreneurship was measured using three factors of innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk－taking. To this end, 158 students studying at universities in Chungnam province were surveyed. The main analysis results are as follows：First, innovativeness and risk－taking of university students affected positively entrepreneurial intention. Second, long－term internship moderated the relationship between innovativeness and entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was found that business plan writing and attending entrepreneurship courses of direct entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial experience of relatives and colleagues directly had influence on entrepreneurial intention. At the last part, limitations of this study and future research directions were discussed.
