4차 산업혁명의 핵심 ICT 기술역량을 활용한 비즈니스 아이템 및 혁신적인 비즈니스 모델 개발에 대한 연구

How to Develop the Business Items and Innovative Business Model for SME by Using Core ICT Capabilities of the 4th Industrial Revolution ：Focusing on Business Model Development Using Industrie 4.0 Tookkit

최근 스마트 공장을 중심으로 4차 산업의 핵심기술 역량을 활용한 디지털 트랜스포메이션에 대하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이 연구들의 대부분은 개념적이고 대기업 중심으로 이루어져 있어 중소기업들이 활용하기에는 유용하지 않은 것이 사실이다. 따라서 여기서는 다양한 환경에 처해있는 중소기업들이 자신이 처해있는 비즈니스 환경에 적합하고 적용하기 쉽게 구체화하기 위해서 Industrie 4.0 Toolkit을 활용하여 스마트공장과 관련된 새로운 사업아이템과 비즈니스 모델을 어떻게 도출할 수 있는지를 제시하고자 한다. 기존에는 주로 스마트공장 구축에 필요한 핵심 기술을 주로 설명하였다면, 여기서는 기존의 방식과는 달리, 중소기업들이 스마트공장을 구축하는데 실현성을 높이기 위해 잘 정립된 가능한 기술의 스펙트럼을 활용하여 자신의 역량을 측정한 후, 파악된 자신의 독특한 역량을 살려 시장의 문제를 해결하는 사업아이템을 도출하고 이를 사업 모델로 발전시키는 방법을 검토하였다. 이 분석틀이 제조업 이외의 다른 분야에 적용된다면 그 과정에서 그 분야의 R&D 기획과제를 도출하는데 활용할 수도 있을 것이다.

Recently, many studies have been conducted on digital transformations that utilize core ICT technologies of the 4th industrial revolution centering on smart factories. However, most of these studies are conceptual and focused on large corporations, which is not useful for SMEs. Therefore, we try to show how SMEs in various environments can utilize Industrie 4.0 Toolkit to create new business items and business models related to smart factories in order to make them suitable and applicable to their business environment. Unlike in the past that mainly explained the core technologies required for the construction of smart factories, SMEs use their spectrum of well－defined technologies to measure their competitiveness in order to increase the feasibility of building smart factories, draw business items that solve market problems by utilizing unique capabilities and develop them into business models. Furthermore, applying this analysis framework to other fields other than the manufacturing industry may be used to derive an R&D project planning in that field.
