This study aims to have an importance of teaching English for Korean Wave in Korea, in particular, English to ESP(English for Specific Purposes), traditional culinary majoring students who attending class in college. I had investigated into 7 ways, the first, the degree of global sense of surveyors. The second, how much do Korean food come to be global? The third, What are conditions of being global of Korean food? The fourth, What is the most needed part of English when you take an English class? The fifth, What do you think of the relationship of Language(English) and your major(Korean culinary)? The sixth, How much do you think of the ratio of after class’s recognition of major terminology. The seventh, How much do you think of the ratio of before class’s recognition of major terminology. As an result, the need of teaching English as an ESP(interpreting &Translation) in Korean Food majoring students are in necessary.
