The study aim s to exam ine the effects of job education on organizational socialization of new extensionist w ho is working in extension organization. The subjects w ere 425 people and selected nationw ide. The research m odel consisted of organizational socialization strategy as an independent variable, organizational socialization as a m ediator, and organizational com m itm ent as a dependent variable. The research hypothesis w as com posed of three item s and different analysis m ethods w ere used for each research problem . The m ain analytical m ethods were descriptive statistics, m ultiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study are as follow s. Firstly, the degree of organizational socialization was higher in m ales and fem ales, in higher education, and in social workers than in non-m ales. Secondly, in the relationship between organizational socialization strategy and organizational socialization, job education significantly explained interpersonal relationship, organizational goal value, and w ork efficiency. Thirdly, job education has a statistically significant effectiveness on organizational com m itm ent. Fourthly, in the relationship betw een job education and organizational com m itm ent, organizational socialization variables such as interpersonal relationship, organizational goal value, and w ork efficiency w ere found to do a partial m ediating roles.
