창의융합역량에 대한 예술전공학생의 인식 차이및 세부전공별 창의융합역량의 차이

Differences in Perception of Arts College Students on Creative Convergent Competence

문화예술교육사 자격제도가 마련됨에 따라 예술전공학생의 창의융합역량 함양을 위한 강좌가 제공되었다. 그러나 많은 예술전공 대학생들은 초중등 학교에서 창의융합역량 함양을 위해 어떤 수업을 해야 하는지에 대해 정확히 모르고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 예술전공 대학생들은 창의융합역량에 대해 어떤 인식을 가지고 있는 지와 예술의 세부전공에 따라 창의융합역량에 있어서 차이가 있는지를 확인하기 위해 조사연구를 실시하였다. 이에 따라 서울시와 경기도 등 수도권 6개 대학교의 전통예술, 음악, 미술, 연극·영화과에 재학 중인 예술전공 대학생 382명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 예술전공 대학생들의 창의융합역량에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 설문지를 사용하였으며, 전공별 창의융합역량의 차이를 확인하기 위하여 창의융합역량 측정도구(김 정연, 2016)를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리와 분석은 SPSS 24.0을 사용하여 신뢰도로 Cronbach α계수를 산출하고, 기술통계 및 빈도분석, 카이제곱(χ²)검정과 일원배치분산분석(One way ANOVA)을 하였고, 사후검증으로 Scheff&#233; 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 창의융합역량의 중요성, 창의융합역량 개발의 필요성, 창의융합역량 개발을 위한 교육의 필요성에 대한 예술전공 대학생들의 인식이 전반적으로 높았지만 창의융합역량의 개념에 대한 인식 정도와 창의융합역량 증진을 위한 교육에 대한 만족도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공에 따른 창의융합역량에 대한 인식 차이가 유의하게 나타났다(p<.001). 셋째, 전공에 따른 전체 창의융합역량의 차이가 유의 하게 나타났다(p<.01). 특히 창의적 능력, 융합적 사고, 융합적 가치창출에서 전공별 차이가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예술전공학생들을 위한 창의융합역량 증진을 위한 교육과정 구성에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

As the qualification system for cultural arts education was established, a lecture was provided to promote the creative convergent competence of students of art major. However, many art students do not know exactly what kind of classes and methods should be taught in elementary and junior high schools to foster creative convergent competence. Therefore, this study conducted research to identify whether there is a difference in the creative convergent competence of the arts major students and their perception of the creative convergent competence according to the specific art major. we surveyed 382 college students in traditional arts, music, fine arts, theater&#8228; film at six universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. The survey used questionnaires to know the perception of the arts major students and test for measuring their creative convergent competence (Kim, 2016) was applied to them. The results of this study were as follows: First, the students perception of arts major students was high on the importance of creative convergent competence, necessity of it’s development, and necessity of education for developing creative convergent competence. However, satisfaction with education for enhancing convergent capacity was low. Second, there was a significant difference in perception of creative convergent competence according to major. Third, there was a significant difference in the creative convergent competence according to the specific major. Especially, differences in specific major were significant in creative ability, convergent thinking, and creation of convergent value. These results can help to construct curriculum for the arts majors ability to enhance the creative convergent competence of the arts students.
