어린이집 사물인터넷(IoT) 기반 헬스케어 디바이스 활용에 대한 부모의 인식 및 요구

Recognition and Needs of Parents on the Use of IoT Health-Care Devices in Daycare Centers

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 헬스케어 디바이스 활용에 대한 부모의 인식과 요구를 실증적으로 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 200명의 부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 153부의 질문지가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, t검증, ANOVA, Scheffé 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모들의 IoT기반 헬스케어 디바이스인지도는 비교적 낮은 수준으로 나타났으며 이러한 결과는 학력에 따라 유의 미한 차이를 나타내었다. 헬스케어 기술인지도는 부모의 학력, 자녀연령에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 헬스케어사례인지도는 스마트앱, 트윗피가 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 어린이집 헬스케어디 바이스에 대한 부모의 선호도로서 디바이스 활용에 대한 기대감은 부모의 연령에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 개인정보유출에 대한 부모의 문제인식은 비교적 낮게 나타났으며 이러한 결과는 부모의 연령에 따라 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 둘째, 어린이집 헬스케어 활용에 대한 부모의 요구로 부모들은 헬스케어 디바이스가 응급상황인식 및 대처를 위해 활용되기를 가장 희망하고 있었고 웨어러블 형태를 가장 선호하였다. 부모들은 정보공유 대상으로 원내 모든 교사가 공유하기를 희망 하였고, 월 3만원 이하 금액으로 기관과 부모가 공동 부담하는 것이 적절하다는 요구를 나타내었 다.

The purpose of this study was to examine parents recognition and needs for the use of IoT healthcare devices in daycare centers. A total of 153 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Collected data were analyzed with frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé using the SPSS WIN 22.0 Statistical Program. The results of the study are as follows: First, parents showed relatively low awareness of IoT healthcare devices and this result showed a significant difference according to academic background. Parents healthcare technology awareness of IoT healthcare devices showed a significant difference according to academic background and age of children. For the awareness of healthcare cases, smart app. and TweetPee were comparatively high. Parents expectations on the device application as a preference on the healthcare device in the daycare center was shown a significant difference according to age. Parents recognition on the problem of personal information leakage was shown comparatively low, and this result showed a significant difference according to age. Second, parents demand healthcare devices could be used for the emergency situations in the daycare center and preferred wearable-type devices. Also, they wish the information could be shared by the all teachers in the daycare center. They showed the demand that the fee under thirty thousand Korean won per month shared by both the daycare center and parents would be appropriate.
