Relation between Coach-Athlete Interaction perceived by College Taekwondo Players and Leader Trust and Perceived Performance
The purpose of this study was to relation between coach-athlete interaction perceived by college taekwondo players and leader trust and perceived performance. 347 college taekwondo Players were selected as participants by convenience sampling, and they were done in coach-athlete interaction questionnaire, leader trust questionnaire, and perceived performance questionnaire. The data from survey were analyzed through analyzing procedure, and the results of study were as follows, This results were as follows. Firstly, coach-athlete interaction had significant positive relationship with leader trust. Secondly, coach-athlete interaction had significant positive relationship with perceived performance. Thirdly, leader trust had significant positive relationship with perceived performance. These results suggested the necessity of coach-athlete interaction program for college taekwondo leaders to help their leadership ability improved.
