코칭기반 학교인성교육컨설팅 모델에 대한 탐색적 연구

An Exploratory Study on the Coaching-based Consulting Model of School Character Education

본 연구는 학교 대상 인성교육 컨설팅 모델을 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 진행되 었다. 이를 위해 세 가지 연구문제를 상정하였는데, 첫째, 학교인성교육컨설팅의 목적이 무엇인지 둘째, 인성교육 컨설팅의 목적을 달성하기 위해 학교인성교육컨설턴 트는 어떤 자세와 역량을 필요로 하는지 셋째는 컨설팅을 받는 학교구성원의 자발적 참여를 이끌 수 있도록 코칭 기법을 활용해 학교인성교육의 현황을 진단하고 실행을 촉진하기 위한 단계별 질문에는 무엇이 있는지이다. 연구를 위한 방법으로 학교인성 교육컨설팅을 실시한 경험을 가진 교사를 대상으로 2017년 7~12월에 포커스그룹 인터뷰와 델파이조사를 진행하였다. FGI는 교사 26명을 대상으로 2017년 7월에, 델파이 조사는 교사 16명을 대상으로 9~12월에 두 차례에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 2018년 2월 까지 문헌연구, 인터뷰 및 델파이 조사 결과의 내용 분석을 통해 학교인성교육컨설 팅을 실시할 때 참고할 수 있는 코칭을 기반으로 한 기본 틀이 개발되었다. 이러한 연구결과가 인성교육 컨설팅을 진행하는 전문교원들에게 널리 활용되어 학교 현장 에서 보다 자발성을 촉진시키는 인성교육이 확산되고 활성화되기를 기대해 본다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a consulting model of school character eduction. This research has been done to answer the following three research questions: (1) what is the purpose of consulting for school character education; (2) what attitudes and competencies do the consultants of school character education need, and (3) What questions should the consultants ask and what checkpoints should they make in order for them to diagnose the current status of school character education system and facilitate implementing the character education programs when using coaching techniques to help school teachers participate voluntarily in consulting of school character education? For the study, the literature review was done and focus group interviews(FGI), and delphi survey were implemented to the teachers who have had consulting experiences. FGIs were conducted to 26 teachers in July, 2017, and delphi surveys were administered to 16 teachers twice in from September to December, 2017. Based on the findings of the content analysis, the coaching-based consulting model of school character education was developed to Febrary, 2018. The study suggests that the teacher consultants use the model to facilitate school teachers voluntary participation in consulting of character education so that character education programs can be widely promoted and expanded in schools.
