키워드 네트워크 분석을 이용한 임파워먼트 연구동향 분석

A Study on Research Trends of Empowerment using the Keyword Network Analysis

임파워먼트는 지난 20년 동안 학술적으로 인기를 누려온 연구 주제이지만 그 연구 내용과 특성이 종합되고 정리된 적이 거의 없었다. 임파워먼트는 개념적 다의성을 지니고 있기 때문에 하위 연구 분야에서 사용된 개념들이 어떤 다른 개념들과 연관되는지를 분석해야 만이 그 연구결과가 보다 잘 정리될 수 있다. 키워드 네트워크 분석은 특정 연구 분야에서 사용된 세부 개념들 간의 상호관계에 기초하여 전체 연구 성과를 네트워크 형태로 요약 제시해줄 뿐 아니라 세부개념들 간의 상호연관성에 기초한 연구영역을 도출해준다. 키워드 네트워크 분석의 항목 중 핵심 연구 개념을 포착해주는 중심성 분석과 하위연구 영역을 도출해주는 응집집단분석을 시행하였다. 중심성 분석을 시행한 결과 임파워먼트 연구 분야의 중점 연구 개념은 직무만족, 매개효과, 사회복지사, 결혼이민여 성, 청소년, 정신장애인, 프로그램, 자기결정, 자기효능감이였음을 알 수 있었다. 응집집단 분석을 통하여 발견된 세부 연구영역은 직무만족 연구영역, 매개효과 연구영역, 사회복지사 연구영역, 결혼 이민여성 & 청소년 연구영역, 정신장애인 연구영역, 프로그램 연구영역이었다. 이상의 분석결과에 기초하여 후속연구들이 해결해야할 연구과제와 방향에 대하여 학술적 제언을 하였다.

Empowerment has been a subject of scholarly research in the past two decades, but its content and characteristics have rarely been synthesized and summarized. Empowerment has conceptual multiplicity because it carries only need to analyze how the concepts are associated with some other concept used in the sub-areas of research may be that research results are well documented than that. Keyword network analysis not only summarizes the overall research results in a network form based on the interrelation between the detailed concepts used in a specific research field, but also derives a research area based on the interrelationships between the sub-concepts. Cohesive group analysis that derives subordinate research fields and centrality analysis that captures the core concepts of the interested topic was performed. As a result of centrality analysis, it was found that the main research concept in the field of empowerment research was job satisfaction, mediating effect, social worker, married immigrant woman, youth, mental disabled person, program, self - determination, self - efficacy. The subordinate research fields found through cohesion group analysis were job satisfaction research domain, mediation effect research domain, social worker research domain, married immigrant women & youth research domain, mental disorder research domain, and program research domain. Based on the results of the above analysis, this study proposes the research tasks and directions to be implemented by subsequent studies.
