Nowadays, Social Network Service(SNS) is being used in many fields, and the purposes of its application are highly various. Korean people use it no only to simply have a relationship with other people but also to form a productive relationship to help each other. The purpose of this paper is to clearly investigate tangible results which Chinese small businesses can obtain by applying SNS. This is because its application is expected to be quite helpful to their exports. To do this, existing literatures related to their SNS application at home and abroad have been deeply considered. A research hypothesis is set up on the basis of the consideration and then verified by apprehending the relevance among each component. It seems that the characteristics of SNS, those of internal and external environment of the companies have a positive impact on the SNS application. Products suitable for the Internet usage also positively affect on it. Unlike the hypothesis, however, the result on whether some products are suitable for export or not has a negative impact on the SNS application. For further studies, there is a need to find out new factors to facilitate the application and use them as other variables in the research model. Moreover, regardless of the types of business, the companies applying SNS a lot more should be selected and examined.
