Corneal neovascularization, which is associated with complications in corneal diseases, can cause lipid deposit, decreasing vision, and graft rejection after penetrating keratoplasty (PKP). Corneal laser photocoagulation using an argon laser or yellow dye laser for ablation of corneal neovascularization has been described.
