The incidence of spontaneous reattachment of retinal detachment witha macular hole is not uncommon in the highly myopic patients. However, data on nonmyopic cases are lacking. I herein describe twononmyopic cases of retinal detachment with a macular hole, of which retinas reattachedspontaneously.
