초기 청소년의 성장신념, 자기효능감 및진로성숙도의 종단적 관계

Longitudinal relationship of Growth mindset, Self-efficacy and Career maturity for early Adolescents

본 연구는 다변량잠재성장모형을 적용하여 초기 청소년의 성장신념이 자기효능감을 매개로 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는지 종단적 인과관계를 검증하기 위해 수행되 었다. 먼저 초기 청소년의 성장신념과 자기효능감 및 진로성숙도의 변화모형은 모두 선형성장모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 성장신념은 시간의 흐름에 따라 .214만큼 감소하며, 자기효능감은 .056만큼, 진로성숙도는 .126만큼 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다변량잠재성장모형 적용결과, 성장신념 초기치는 자기효능감 초기치와 진로성숙도 초기치에 정적 영향을 미치고, 성장신념 변화율은 자기효능감 변화율과 진로성숙도 변화율에 모두 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기효 능감 초기치는 진로성숙도 초기치에는 정적영향을, 변화율에는 부적영향을 미치고 자기효능감 변화율은 진로성숙도 변화율에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 성장신념과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 성장신념 초기치와 진로성숙도 초기치의 관계에서 자기효능감 초기치가 부분매개 역할을 하고, 성장신념 변화율과 진로성숙도 변화율의 관계에서는 자기효능감 변화율이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것을 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 초기 청소년기의 진로발달에서 성장신념, 자기효능감, 진로성숙의 종단적 구조 관계에 대한 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to confirm the longitudinal causality of early adolescent s growth mindset, self-efficacy, and career maturity by applying multivariate latent growth model.First, the growth model of growth mindset, self-efficacy, and career maturity of the adolescents were found to be suitable for the linear growth model. Specifically, growth mindset decreased by .214 over time, self-efficacy decreased by .056, and career maturity decreased by .126. Second, as a result of applying the multivariate latent growth model, initial growth mindset had a statistically significant effect on initial self-efficacy and initial career maturity, and the rate of change of growth mindset had a statistically significant effect on the rate of change of self-efficacy and career maturity. In addition, initial self-efficacy had a statistically significant effect on the initial level of career maturity, negative influence on the rate of change, and the rate of change of self-efficacy had a statistically significant effect on the change of career maturity. Finally, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between growth mindset and career maturity, the initial value of self-efficacy was partially mediated in the relationship between the growth mindset initial value and career maturity initial value, and in the relationship between growth mindset change rate and career maturity change rate. Based on these results, the longitudinal structural relationship of growth belief, self - efficacy and career maturity in adolescent career development was discussed and suggested implications.
