학교공동체 형성을 위한 긍정탐색 모형의 개발

Development in Appreciative Inquiry to form a School Community

본 연구에서는 학교공동체 형성을 위한 방법으로 공동체적 수업의 원리가 적용된 긍정탐색 모형을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 학교 문헌조사 및 구성원검토를 통해 공동체적 수업의 원리가 적용된 긍정탐색 모형의 초안을 구안하고, 둘째, 전문가 평가를 통해 모형의 개선방안을 도출하여 최종안을 구안하였다. 마지막으로 모형의 최종안을 현장에 적용하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 모형의 초안에서는 학습자의 핵심활동 프로세스로 ‘긍정탐색 팀 형성하기’, ‘긍정 주제 선정하기’, ‘성공경험 스토리 탐색 하기’, ‘성공경험 스토리의 핵심가치 도출하기’, ‘도출 한 핵심가치의 확산 전략 세우 기’, ‘실행계획 세우기’, ‘실행하기’, ‘성찰하기’로 구성하고, 단계별 지원요소를 제시하 였다. 이후 전문가 평가를 통해 모형의 목표와 비전을 수정하였으며, 퍼실리테이터 핵심활동과 모바일 커뮤니티 지원구조를 추가했다. 개발한 모형은 두 차례 현장 적용을 통해 최종적으로 수정 보완하였다. 본 연구는 학교공동체 형성을 위한 방법으로 구체적인 수업모형을 제안하고 있으며, 긍정탐색 에 대한 비판적 논의와 재구성 사례로 의미를 가진다.

The purpose of this research is to develop an appreciative inquiry model to form a school community. To achieve this purpose, set research problems are as follows. First, make a draft of appreciative inquiry model applying the principle of communal learning. Second, make a final draft by deducting an improvement plan through experts’ and users’ evaluation. Finally, implement the final draft of this model and verify it. Core activity process is comprised of ‘Choosing appreciative subjects’, ‘Appreciative inquiry team building’, ‘Inquiring success story’, ‘Extracting core values of success story’, ‘Make a spread plan of extracted core values’, ‘Making implement plan’, ‘Implementing’, and ‘Reflecting’. Each phase’s supporting elements are relevant information, guideline and tools. and by expert evaluation, model’s draft was modified and made up. Detailed teaching instructing activity and supporting elements are included in this research, so that it is practical in the aspect that it has high applicability in school field. And out of many methods for forming school community, the primary function of school, ‘Community based on instruction activity’ is commonly showing. However, the research of instructional model which aims school community is not diverse. So, this research suggests appreciative inquiry which aims school community so that it can be a turning point for the research of applicability in field.
