초등학교 체육수업에서 학생들이 인식하는 공정한 규칙과 협력적 팀의 조건

The Conditions of Fair Rules and Cooperative Team that Students Perceive in Elementary Physical Education Class

본 연구는 초등학교 체육수업에서 학생들이 인식하는 공정한 규칙과 협력적 팀의 조건을 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 3개월 동안 초등학교 5학년 4개반 학생 총 92명을 대상으로 참여 관찰, 집단 면담, 심층 면담을 실시하였으며, 영역 분석과 분류분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 초등학교 체육수업에서 학생들이 인식 하는 공정한 규칙의 조건은 크게 ‘공정한 규칙의 성립조건’과 ‘공정한 규칙의 적용조 건’으로 나타나고 있었다. 공정한 규칙의 성립조건은 ‘법의 역할로서의 규칙’, ‘엄격한 적용이 보장된 규칙’, ‘합의에 의해 성립된 규칙’의 세 가지로, 공정한 규칙의 적용조 건으로는 ‘일관적인 규칙적용’, ‘자발적인 규칙적용’, ‘객관적인 규칙적용’의 세 가지의 특징을 보여주고 있었다. 초등학교 체육수업에서 학생들이 인식하는 협력적 팀의 조건은 크게 ‘팀 간 협력의 조건’과 ‘팀 내 협력의 조건’으로 나타나고 있었다. 팀 간 협력의 조건은 ‘팀 선출방식의 균형’, ‘팀 구성원의 균형’, ‘팀 활동 결과의 균형’의 세 가지로, 팀 내 협력의 조건으로는 ‘개인적 대인관계’, ‘운동 수행 수준’, ‘활동 참여 태도’ 의 세 가지의 특징을 보여주고 있었다. 본 연구에서 밝히고 있는 공정한 규칙과 협력적 팀의 조건들은 정의와 공동체를 강조하는 인성 중심의 체육교육을 전개하기 위해 우선적으로 고려해야 할 필수적인 내용이라고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the conditions of fair rules and cooperative team that students perceive in elementary physical education class. The participants were 92 fifth graders. Data collected by methods of participant observation, collective interview and in-depth interview were transcribed and coded for domain analysis, and taxonomic analysis. The conditions of the fair rules that students perceive in the elementary physical education classes were largely represented as conditions for the establishment of fair rules and conditions for application of fair rules . The conditions for the establishment of fair rules were three: rules as a rule of law , rules with strict application , and rules established by agreement . The conditions for application of fair rules were applying consistent rules , applying voluntary rules , applying objective rules . In the elementary physical education class, the conditions of the cooperative team recognized by students were largely expressed as the conditions of cooperation between teams and the conditions of cooperation within a team . The three conditions of cooperation between teams were balance of team selection method , balance of team members , and balance of team activity results . The three conditions of cooperation within a team were individual interpersonal relationship , exercise performance level , and activity participation attitude . The conditions of fair rules and cooperative team that were revealed in this study can be said to be a priority consideration for the development of the character-centered physical education emphasizing justice and community.
