성적평가에 대한 공정성 지각이 대학생 학업소진에 미치는 영향

The impact of justice perception on academic burnout for instructor’s assessment of academic performance

본 연구는 성적평가에 대한 대학생들의 공정성 지각이 학업소진에 미치는 영향을 탐구하기 위해 2018년 봄학기에 시행되었으며 데이터의 수집과 분석에는 총 7개월이 소요되었다. 총 239명의 학생이 참여하였으며, 연구 결과 대학생들의 학업소진은 분배, 절차, 상호작용 공정성 중 분배 및 절차 공정성에 주로 영향받는 것으로 나타 났다. 보다 구체적으로 정서탈진에는 분배, 절차, 상호작용 공정성 순으로 유의미한 영향력이 있었으며, 비인간화는 분배 공정성에서만 유의미한 영향이 관찰되었다. 성취감 저하는 절차 공정성에 이어 분배 공정성의 순으로 영향이 있는 것으로 드러났 다. 이에 관련 시사점과 향후 연구 방향에 대한 논의를 다뤘다.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between justice perception and college students academic burnout on their academic performance. A total of 239 college students participated in the survey during 2018 spring semester. Among distributive, procedural, and interactional justice perception, student burnout is mostly related to distributive and procedural justice. Specifically, distributive justice had largest influence on student emotional exhaustion, followed by procedural and interactional justice. Moreover, the results revealed that distributive justice had a significant influence on student depersonalization. Procedural justice and distributive justice could increase student’s personal accomplishment. Discussion and future research direction are provided.
